Finding the perfect wedding set is obviously a stressful event but Phil at Shira Diamonds (Preston Rd, Dallas) was absolutely fabulous. Phil was so kind and gentle as he helped Kim with this important purchase. He had all the time and patience in the world and helped Kim find a wedding set that she absolutely loved. Phil patiently worked us through the design and build process and delivered the most beautiful ring set on time as requested. I can't get over how nice and easy it was to work with Phil and the ring set is wonderful. Kim never imagined she could have such a wonderful ring set. I would encourage anyone interested in finding the best possible jewelry to work with Phil at Shira...he made everything so easy and wonderful.

I am so incredibly happy with my experience! I worked with Phil and he is all about customer service, Phil took the time to explain everything there is to know about diamonds and engagement rings, he offered a great price and left me feeling confident that I can come back with anything else I can ever need. No doubt we have found our jeweler going forward! Because of the quality of diamond Phil looks for, you wouldn’t believe how much this diamond sparkles, my fiancé is certainly on cloud 9! Not to belabor the point, but between customer service, trust, and fair prices, Shira deserves every bit of 5 stars. If you’re reading this please go in and give them a chance.

Shira Diamonds did an amazing job creating the exact men’s wedding band we wanted. Great service and amazing value! I almost purchased a lower quality diamond ring for a higher price before visiting Shira Diamonds I highly recommend you check them out in Plano before purchasing any diamond rings. 5 Stars.

I can't say enough about Rick and Phil at Shira Diamonds. They made my engagement ring and my wedding band, which I love, and when I wanted another diamond band there is no one else I would go to. As always, Phil was extremely helpful and courteous, since I don't know anything about diamonds, and he was extremely patient with me while we determined the size and quality of the stones we would use. The ring I received was exactly what I wanted, and is more beautiful than I could have imagined. They also cleaned and checked the stones on my other 2 rings, and then mailed all 3 of them to my home since it was more convenient for me! They are the best!!

Great selection of custom diamond engagement rings and loose diamonds with wholesale diamond prices. Rick is great to work with and amazing from start to finish. The top notch red carpet service is amazing and he delivered the ring to us in Downtown, Dallas at the restaurant. By far the Best jewelry store in Dallas, Texas. 1 on 1, quiet, and really easy to work with. The loose diamonds are far better priced and better quality than the local jewelers in Dallas! I am so glad I found my new jeweler. Thank you Rick and Phil for everything! We will be back for our wedding bands!
