Fritz is a strait forward, experienced and insightful ally. His practice focuses on practical strategies, tools and solutions. As I confronted the challenges and changes of being 54 y/o recently divorced man, I found his counsel invaluable. His approachable demeanor and sense of humor made the process more enjoyable and rewarding. Highly recommended.

It’s too hard to be brief about how great Fritz is, so I’m not going to be brief. Fritz is much more than a therapist/life coach/counselor for me and my family. He has turned out to be the one “life line” that is still left for me that has never wavered or weakened during ten extremely difficult years. I look back now, as I have done countless times during this period, and I am so GRATEFUL for Fritz. He has helped me above and beyond any strictly professional way, in the most profound way anyone could help another person, at a time of dysfunction and crisis that had already been spreading out of control through my family for several years. First Fritz was the therapist for one of my teenagers who was already in the grips of the “family disease of alcoholism,” severe addiction, and depression, that had been damaging his ancestors for many generations, an extremely difficult situation. And Fritz just continued to be there for me and for my family like the “chameleon of therapists,” transitioning into the next role we needed him to be for us, including holding sessions via FaceTime and Skype for someone who lives out of town. As a single mother, I needed a sane adult to discuss extremely difficult, even “life and death” situations, regarding my one kid. For me, it couldn’t get worse than the life of one of my children being in danger, literally, and Fritz has helped all of us through it. I couldn’t have made it through all of that without Fritz. He started out as my son’s therapist, then helped us as a family and individual therapist, at different times. At one point, I kept thinking I needed to find my own therapist to deal with my own issues separate from the family issues I was trying to deal with, but I could never find the right person, and I just kept coming back to Fritz, and I soon forgot about finding a separate therapist—I just didn’t need one. And I found out I was right when Fritz also helped me in another significant and difficult situation that arose in my professional life. And when I began experiencing a “spiritual awakening” for the first time, from these situations of suffering, I have been able to talk to Fritz about this, too, and ask him anything, without feeling like hiding. Fritz is just a great all-around person to hang out with and talk to about other things—from the recent election travesty to the Giants! Sometimes that’s all I want to do is visit with Fritz about anything other than the problems in my life, and it’s great to have that, too, because so often these are the kinds of real problems that no therapist can wave a magic wand and solve, so it really matters that my problems matter to Fritz, and he cares about me and my family and the painful situations that have in fact finally led to growth and happiness. Fritz isn’t afraid to be compassionate, whereas most therapists are just too detached when dealing with such painful personal situations that other people are going through, that is “part of the job,” when what we really want and need sometimes is some compassion from another human being. It’s comforting in this crazy world to know that Fritz is always there for me and my family, filling a big void with his calm, stable, constant presence, always there for us and so easy to get in touch with—he’s been that voice of reason my family has needed for years as we have dealt with insane life situations stemming from ancient family dysfunction. Talking things over with Fritz is the only thing that seems to always make sense somehow, and provide comfort.

I cannot say enough good things about Fritz. He has provided support and guidance to both me and my husband on a huge range of topics (work, marriage, child rearing, etc.) I had 2 family members pass away within days of each other and was appointed executor of their estate. Being selected to work with numerous family members over inheritance matters proved to be incredibly challenging and STRESSFUL! Fritz provided the support that I needed to get through such an overwhelming time. He is no doubt the reason my marriage works.
He is down-to-earth, relatable, and most importantly non-judgmental. He truly works to support you. I have have experienced such great personal growth since starting with Fritz. I HIGHLY recommend him if you are needing strategies to help you cope with any personal matters as well as life coaching.
