Fritzel's European Jazz Pub

We were to early for the live music but we stopped in for a drink anyways. I love the quaint bar. In the back it has a lovely outdoor area. Wish I had seen the band.

Great place to sit down and have a beer or grab a drink. This was basically half time show for our day. Very nice bartender.

My husband and I had a blast at Fritzels we were lucky to enjoy Grammy award winner Kevin Clark for free : Along with Kevin the other band members were amazing and very friendly with the guests. Honestly, it is the best place for live quality music in the area.

Great New Orleans style jazz in an intimate, informal setting. A must visit if you like old time jazz.

If you are in New Orleans and you didn't visit this place, you have not been in New Orleans. The best Place for the local jazz. Warm atmosphere, very pleasant entertainment, simple the best jazz in town.

Music in New Orleans is back. If you want a dixieland jazz sound without the Preservation Hall price, this is the place to go! One drink minimum, but the prices are reasonable.

We had hoped to go to Heritage Park for some good Dixieland jazz, but it was closed. So we wandered down Bourbon Street and stumbled upon Fritzels..actually the music being played drew us in. For the next hour and half while sipping drinks, we listened to excellent Dixieland jazz. Plan to go back Thursday night!
