Fudgin Delicious Ice Cream

My first visit to this place was very good! Friendly staff and great service. On the evening of August 10th our family visited again and had a much different experience. Upon entering two staff were sitting at a table behind the counter on their phones. They continued to do this while we looked at all the flavors (no greeting or even eye contact was made by them). No "hi", welcome", would you like a sample of anything?" The only time they talked was to tell me how much I owed...not even a "thank you" or "enjoy". They both then went back to their spots and started looking at their phones again. Two more families came in during the time we were there and it was the exact same type of interaction. When they weren't on their phones one was talking loud enough for me to hear about calling in sick the next day because she didn't want to work with the person who she was scheduled with; while the other was helping herself to samples. I never post any reviews but the extremely poor service we received prompted me to do so. I have NEVER had such an awful customer service experience and will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone!! Also prices were expensive and we all ordered the same size but scoop quantity was very different.

I loved the scenery of the place. Way cool on the inside. I bought a rooster sign for my kitchen and blueberry jam. If I could rate the staff differently I would give them 1 star. But I had such a great time just looking at everything. I love my new decor piece. Definitely going to bring my daughters for ice cream next.

What an amazing place! Ice cream is the real deal. Fantastic flavor options like no other place I've been. Staff was friendly and served us quickly. Decor and gift ideas everywhere you look. I WILL BE BACK!!

Great ice cream! After having a little shop like this in Bemidji, I am so happy to see one come to the St. Cloud area. Although I do think it is a little spendy, I think that is a great place for a treat every once and a while.

My girlfriend and I wished that there were just a couple more flavors of ice cream to choose from, but the service was really wonderful! We didn’t have any idea that they had a little shop there, but ended up leaving with a couple of really cute items that will make for great home decor!
