Best ice cream in town! Great selection & quality. They even have a dairy free option for my daughter who is lactose intolerant. Only 4 small tables to sit inside so you might have to sit outside on the benches or better yet walk down by the lake.

Fabulous Ice cream. If you go to excelsior and don't make a stop by Licks either after dinner or just for treat, than you are just stupid! Super creamy ice cream, great concoctions and blends. Usually about 20 options or so on ice at any time. Don't screw around just go for the waffle cone single scoop or a double if you are extra indulgent. The peanut butter Elvis is great, and this spring the this just got serious is the bomb!

Chocolate Shoppe ice cream from Wisconsin and home made waffle cones. How can you go wrong! Expect a line virtually any time they are open. Right in downtown next to the docks.
