Izzy's Ice Cream

Delicious ice cream and homemade waffle cones, but a little pricey for what you get. It seemed very busy when we arrived but it seemed to be more that the line wasn't managed very well in the space they had. The "Izzy" is a small scoop placed on to of a normal scope. It's their gimmick and it's cute. Reply to owner: Don't take my comment too negatively. I get it. It was more that you seemed to have tons of space IN the store but everyone was creating a bottleneck at the start of the counter. We couldn't even see the ice cream before ordering. You processed the line pretty quickly, but I would suggest pulling the people in more.

So delicious every time. Always have amazing choices. My two year old even got her own cone. They have the Izzy scoop. It's like a tablespoon size, which was perfect for her.

Best place for ice cream lovers in Minneapolis downtown area. They serve yummy ice creams in many flavours. In summers usually there will be a minimum of 15-25 min wait time, you can imagine how famous it is. Staff is very friendly. Izzy's is also famous for it's cakes. Price is little bit high but when it comes to quality and quantity it is the best 😊

It's not that there isn't room for improvement, but I really like this place. Great ice cream, good and creative variety, and a size for everyone (at reasonable prices). Efficient processes and good service in a nice downtown location. I do like this place.

Good flavors most of the time. It took me a few visits to get a flavor I actually enjoyed which was graham cracker or dinosaur egg! I DREAD the line though. It’s always way out the door and when it’s your turn you feel so rushed to pick a flavor because of the line.
