Fuji Sushi

The best sushi around. Tony is the best. I've been to many sushi places around st. Louis and although it's just a smaller store front place the quality of the sushi is great and they work hard to make you happy. Great staff well run.

The best sushi in the county. The staff is super nice and the restaurant is quiet and cozy.

Ok, so the smell of salmon, which, if it's kept to code shouldn't have a smell, was my first clue. The gf loves this place, I was skeptical. The sushi pieces are cut so small that I'm surprised they plated them. Did a little research and found that this place has been knocked by the Health Dept for recycling sushi. Yes, the sushi on your plate could have come from the plate of somebody before you. Supposedly it's been fixed, but I won't chance it again. That on top of the lousy tasting food, I won't ever come back here.

The food was just bad. The cucumber in my rolls was massive, the fish and crab was chewy. Everything tasted old. If you Want good sushi go to Osaka in house Springs or j sushi on Arnold

Salty, tough, and chewy. Everything tasted stale. Easily the worst sushi I've ever had. Just go to J sushi in Arnold or Osaka in house springs.
