I really enjoyed the great customer service at UAB Full Moon, it is a friendly environment the staff is always willing to help especially the head manager. The manager make sure the food is always fresh & hot. I especially love the ribs & sauce. I would recommend this location to anyone. Don’t forget to get the sweet

The best bbq in town is Full moon. Service was exceptional and The atmosphere was cordial. The UAB location rocks! I love the staff.

Terrible service at the Bessemer location. Manager is rude. Asked for my money back but she tetri to take my food out of my hands. I spent almost $40 and she said i had no right to be rude.

I called in an order at 8pm  at 830 still wasn't ready. I saw one of the employees eating food and picking his teeth while plating food. NASTY..  never will be able to go to another full moon bbq again. Got a refund.
