The home construction is very nice with many upscale features.  The business was also very responsive to any issues we had in the house and repaired/replaced/repainted over issues within the 1 year time period.  So why the review of only one star?  There was one issue that they refused to address which was excessive moisture in the crawl space.  It literally rained int eh crawl space during the summer and caused mold to form on the beams of the house, rusted the water heater, and soaked through the floor joist insulation.  We ended up calling in an outside company to encapsulate the crawl space at a cost of 12k.  Just strange how a builder who made such a beautiful structure and was on top of all the other issue was so lack on this one.
