Love this property management company. Excellent staff. Very customer service oriented. Work hard to fix any issues that arise. Always work hard to make things right too. Excellent!

LOVE this company and their signature communities! The BEST amenities at my community- there's a golf simulator, a spa and sauna and even a dog grooming area here. The apartments are also awesome- state of the art everything! Plus, the management team is amazing and really takes the time to get to know their residents. Thank you Northwood Ravin!

I'll never rent from one of their properties again. There are so many issues with the property I live at it's unbelievable. It's the loudest place I've ever lived due to extremely cheap construction (but not cheap rent). They refuse to give you a second key to your own apartment, even if you pay for a two bedroom. I complained directly on Northwood's website about this and never heard back from them. There are a total of 13 visitor spaces for a building of 300+ people. Residents constantly complain yet nothing has been done about it. They increased my rent, but the same unit is listed online for cheaper. I guess they do not care about keeping good residents. The list goes on and on.

Northwood Ravin is the type of company for which I’ve searched for quite some time. This is an organization that believes in investing in its number one asset – its employees. I’ve seen this firsthand, and I’ve benefited from it personally in many ways. In addition to the human capital aspect of investment, Northwood Ravin develops, constructs, and manages A++ multi-family, retail, office, and mixed-use projects. The team that has been built is made up of top-notch talent, and the company is growing at a tremendous pace. Quick personal story: I started with Northwood Ravin about two weeks before my son was born. I received incredible support from my co-workers and supervisors, and that’s not all. My wife received “Welcome to the NWR family” flowers, and the President of the company sent us a baby gift with a hand-written card. I don’t have to tell you that this kind of support isn’t typically experienced at other companies, and that’s EXACTLY what I love about Northwood Ravin. I’m thankful to have the privilege of working with a great group of people who have a specific vision and plan for success!

Absolutely love this company. They treat their employees extremely well and invest in their future. The communities that are developed, built and managed are stunning. I'm glad to be a part of the NWR family!
