Never went to North Hills before working in the area and don't intend to go back once if I ever move jobs. If you damage your vehicle due to their sloppy construction they won't help you out. If you park in temporary parking you will get ticketed and threatened with a tow. One of the elevators in the parking deck literally stopped working and free fell from the 2nd floor. Not to mention that the overall traffic flow isn't conducive to pretty much anything. It is a pain to drive in, decks are only 6'8" clearance and barely wide enough for anything larger than a small car, special events regularly block off portions that you think you should be able to drive through and even still being a pedestrian is horrible there. The few times I have decided to walk anywhere I routinely cut off by motorists just wanting to run over a pedestrian. There really isn't much that North Hills offers that can't be found elsewhere far easier. I don't see the appeal and certainly don't see why anyone would want live, work, or play here.

No one answered the phone and left a message to Steven. The property developer was really disappointing, not to be treated like this, not friendly at all
