Fulton County Housing Is The Worst Ever Ms.Sims Have The Worst Attitude I Call Trying To Get Help From Her Because I Was Having Landlord Issues I Think She Need To Be One Of Donald Trump Worker Instead Of Working For Fulton County Housing Helping People... She Show Will Pull U Down And Talk To You Like Some Dog In The Street. Not Trying To Help You Out When You're In A Situation And Have A Very Smart Mouth And The Worst Attitude!!!! Atlanta Housing Is Defintely!!!! Better And Courteous Than Fulton County And They Treat You With Respect.... The Case Managers And Their Front Office Desk Staffs Is Very Very Nice And Very Helpful And Courteous The Case Managers Will Go Out Of Their Way To Help You Out In Any Situation Including Having Issues Finding A Suitable Place. And Having Problem With The Landlord They Will Try Their Darndest To Help You Out... Fulton County Ain't Got Nothing On Atlanta Housing..... When My Lease Is Up.... If The Lord Willing I'm Going Back To Atlanta.... Amen

Moved to GA without doing any research on the area last June... After porting to HAFC I read a few Google ratings and became a little weary based on others experience and assumed how much of a hard time i was going to have to the worker here at the location. But to my surprise despite the hard time I was having finding some where that would accept the voucher and a decent home in a reasonable area a gentleman by the name of Mr.Hudson went above and beyond to ensure my family was off the street! Also a month or two ago I also was greeted with pleasure by a new case manager by the name of Ms.Brown who was very polite & respectful!! Ms.Brown was extremely proffessional in regards to my case and she handled everything in a timely manner! I am satisfied with the customer service experience here!

Customer Service is their such a thing? Communication whats that? How about training your staff? One day a week to speak with someone that not available by email or phone still waiting for return call. I started the new landlord process on 7/7 still no payment after 4 trips and 3hours wait each time.

Terrible. No one picks up the phone or answers emails, voice mails are FULL, etc. I was just on hold for 11 mins and finally got up to the pole position only for them to shut down early for the day and disconnect my call. Tax payers money hard at work!

Ms. Tinson was VERY VERY helpful she did EVERYTHING IN HER POWER TO HELP ME AND MY FAMILY. This move from NOLA has been so stressful but once I came to my appointment she blessed me with her kindness.
