They respond quickly through email. I am porting in from Tennessee. Not an easy process but you have to have patience because they do get alot of phone calls. Hope everything works out for everyone else.

They are very disrespectfullll never answer the phone rude they need to fire the whole damn office

By following the rules, I put in a change form due to increased family size. Well, after waiting 6 months with receiving no mail no phone going to the office, I finally spoke to case worker. I learned that if you submit a complaint against an employee, they stop working on your case, where the hell do they do that? Whatever happened to a confidential complaint to protect us from retaliation from Jonesboro Housing Authority employees ???

They have always been nice to me. They always cooperate with me. I have no complaints. They are difficult to get a hold of through the phone but they reply quickly when I send an email.
