Nearly 40% of New Orleans is not properly served by financial institutions (BankOn).That’s 51,000 households without necessary access to savings, loans, and credit.
What if the world of finance, seemingly part of the problem, could be utilized for the advancement of everyone, regardless of income level? At Fund 17, we believe that every New Orleanian deserves equal opportunity to success. We offer micro-loans of up to $1,500 and goal-based technical assistance to help local entrepreneurs succeed.
