Purchased this Mirror for $20.00 and made it my own!! Thanks Habitat!! Going to look wonderful on my wall! Great Buy
Why do things cost more here than they do at Home Depot. What changed? One singular name engraved wine glass for 15$. Yep I wanna buy a wine glass with Bob and sue engraved on it for more than a set would cost at Ross. Lol Are you kidding me? I've been back multiple times hoping that it would go back to being a discount restore, but I guess I just need to give up. I am NOT referring to the new items area. I am referring to the donations section. 400$ for a 3 person couch that has attached cushions.. That style was originally no more than 600$. Save yourself time and frustration and go to the green project. Shoot I would even suggest the Goodwill over this place..
Went to Restore looking for lights, I found the single light for a closet, was pleased with it. They also had some nice looking furniture, exterior doors and pedestal sinks for a small bathroom. We are adding a small bathroom suite, so the pedestal is a good size.
The customer service here is horrible! I wish I could give no starsThe cashiers are EXTREMELY rude it makes you wonder how they passed an interview, and they act like they hate their jobs! Just quit if your going to be so nasty to every customer that asks you a question, or ask for help for that matter.I literally saw an older woman get yelled at cause she was asking about a plate set! Couldn’t have been my loved one! So many workers are out on the floor, yet nobody asks if you need help! No public restroom, so you may wanna find a bathroom before you come here…okay let’s get to the furniture….the furniture..is…nice most of the furniture the prices are ridiculous why would I pay $500 and up for a used no named sofa, when I can buy a new one for that price at American freight? Or hell I can go to goodwill get better quality, a better price, and actual customer service. Why are the items priced so high and the inventory is used, damaged, and has an odor? By the way, thoroughly inspect your items before you buy them because all sales are final and they put anything on the floor, there is NO QUALITY CONTROL. I’ve been to other habitats and they aren’t trying to rob customers with overpriced and donated items! Now I’m not swaying you from buying here, go there at your own risk, but keep everything in mind that I said here, and sure enough you will say that person on google warned me ‍
Brought three computer monitors from the computer section to the checkout and was told they were not for sale. They were on the shelf with all the other computer stuff next to the keyboards and a box of DVI cables. Really? Why do they have stuff out that isn't for sale? I also brought up four doorknobs which were labeled $0.50 each. The cashier tried to charge me $4 apiece, and brought it down to $1 apiece when I took her they were labeled $0.50 apiece. **Update** Got in contact with someone from the store, and I returned with my family a few days later. This time there were multiple employees on the floor who were very helpful and I was able to purchase the items in question without any issue and ended up spending even on other stuff.
this place used to have pretty good prices but as of late everything is priced in some cases higher than retail especially the new items, even with discounts pretty high
This place has a great selection of doors, furniture and even paint. Televisions come in often and they are quite nice.
Visit several times and always had good experience with staff. I missed placed my receipt for a pick up and called the Kenner store for a solution. The cashier told me to come on to the store and when I arrived she had a printed one for me. Great customer care.
Great place to shop for hard to find items, with good prices. They have a lot of building supplies, some good furniture and things to decorate your place. It's kind of a general store where you can get granite, furniture, flooring, lights. I've gotten a nice gliding chair and ottoman; some tile and some doors all at good prices
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I went with a friend and never realized that there were so much good items below cost, in very good condition. From clothing to shoes, work uniforms, furniture, housewares and even jewelry. They also have a cars that's in good condition. I was amazed at how organized and clean this place was. I will be donating items there myself. If you haven't done a walk through, just take sometime out and maybe you might see something that catches your eye below cost. Remember you can also donate clean nice things of your own. It's a blessing to give.
