Got my truck cap from Funtrail A.R.E. brand very nice cap nice install job they noticed a piece on the hatch was bad so they ordered a new one and got me in the same day when it came in to install it all under warranty nice pleasant group of people there.

I purchased a foldable bed cover, under seat storage organizer and mud flaps for my truck in fall of 2021. Randall and team were experienced, knowledgeable and great to deal with. He took his time explaining the pros and cons of about 8-10 different options. The install was done a few days later - in just a couple of hours. Fast forward to today. I had an issue with my tailgate unrelated to the bed cover and Randall and his team were able to able to help problem solve the issue. Excellent customer service going above and beyond! They now have a customer for life and I recommend Funtrail for all of your vehicle accessory needs!

Their service is attentive and really focusses on the customer. They gave us great references for the work we needed that they could not do. We still haven't picked up our van yet, but seeing their other work, we expect it to be nothing short of extraordinary.

Purchased a "New" Camper Shell for our vehicle. In no step of the process we were alerted that this camper shell was installed and used by another person for approx 7 months and then returned to Funtrail Vehicle Accessories. When we found out about the discrepancies called in and a very rude and condescending mannered representative named Eric stated "The Camper Shell is New to you, so it's New" We brought this up to the owner of Funtrail Vehicle Accessories and he admitted that it was used. This Camper Shell indeed is not new, it is Used and in "Good" Condition, Not "Excellent" or "Like New/Certified Refurbished/Fixed" There was half witted fixes, poorly repaired chips in the paint, the back door does not close properly what so ever and minimal water proofing. The owner offered to fix the problems free of charge and try and get us the manufacturer warranty in our name. Which is a fix if the issues this could have been avoided if they were completely transparent with their business practices. We brought it in 1/5/2022 and the door still doesn't shut properly. Funtrail Vehicle Accessories did add silicone sealer go further water proof it. So that's a plus The door doesn't close properly still even though it closes "9 out of 10 times" as stated by the installing technician. The paint chips are still unsightly and paint has not been offered to be fixed/repaired, as well as no manufacturer warranty because the item is used, however we were referred to go on the website and register ourselves. After writing a review on Google, Yelp and Facebook 1/5/2022 We are receiving a NEW Camper Shell in 3 months to replace the one we purchased. Will update review once camper shell comes. Thank you for working with us to fix this unfortunate error

I really enjoyed my time coming to this place. This was my first visit here. I was sent to this place by the Yakima website. I was helped by a guy named Eric. He was really helpful and took the time to get me a decent estimate. If you need to get help with outfitting your vehicle with Outdoor Equipment this would be a good place to consider.

Funtrail did a great job on the install of a Yakima cargo system on my Mazda 6 for a cross-country road trip. They also did it last minute too and ordered a few parts overnight from another state. Very good communication and service. Highly recommend!

Just had a soft top and towing package installed on my jeep wrangler. Excellent installation, and for a great price. Looking forward to having them do more work on my jeep in the future .

First time I've dealt with these guys and it was a great experience. I really needed a work cap ASAP for my new truck and these folks came through. Randall was my sales person and was a pleasure to deal with and helped me get what I needed. Their installers did a great job and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend if you need a truck cap!
