Furniture Medic

Im sitting in the parking lot with no new table legs for our dining room table. First off, i tried calling a few times to see if the legs ordered by my mother in law as a gift were ready for pick up and couldnt get an answer. Lucky for me I live near by. I drive over to see if they were ready to pick up. A blonde lady was sitting at the front desk, I walk up and say "Im here to pick up some table legs. I hope they are done." She said "yes" and then continued to tell me how I was going to have to shape them to match the other legs and that she was told I was going to be doing the work. I said "you were not told that." She went in back and brought out two long wooden blocks, made from pressed wood, wich was agreed upon, with the threading for bolts... I said "you charged my mother in law almost $200 for wood slats, glued together with threading...?" She said "Do you have any idea how much wood and labor cost?" I lowered my head and looked at her like are you kidding me right now.... She said "I'll tell you what, you take this (hands me my old table leg) and I will keep these..." She walked off... A total rip off job! I do not recommend Furniture Medic... At all.

Called for power recliner repair. They DO NOT repair recliners and could not recommend a service in all of Portland.
