I have lived here for over 7 years and I can tell you it's great! It's close to the "T", the Reservation is our "backyard", and is a great place to take walks. The staff are really very efficient, friendly, and always willing to help. When I had surgery they were so helpful to me; went out of their way for me. The building is clean and well kept. The area is nice and quiet, if that matters to one.
We love living at Fuse! The staff is very friendly and really makes it feel like home. They are very welcoming to kids and pets, but still maintain a professional and clean environment.
In the 3 months we have lived in this building we confidently feel we will be staying here for a long time to come. We lived in a nearby building prior and feel that fuse takes the name of luxury living seriously! We have gotten to know the nearby buildings very well in our search and do not feel they compare. What I love most about fuse is the community fostered by the leasing office. The leasing office, Sarah in particular, have been speedy with responses and exude kindness. I know that they care about my feedback and want to offer solutions for the community as a whole. Our pup has been made to feel so special. She was made pup of the month recently and they offer several events per month with some directly for your pup as well as a complimentary treat jar in the lobby! Dog wash station is pictured here as well. Some community events include a guided gym class in the home gym, a monthly book club, first day of school event with a backdrop for photos and yard games when kids got home, and a donation for back to school supplies for the boys and girls club!! This is a space that my fiancé and I feel we can grow into and welcome a family in one day. I love that from the minute you move in you feel welcomed. Many parks nearby and the T provides quick access to hubs like Harvard square. The location is perfect for family walks with your pup with the consideration that it can be rather buggy in the area and the one thing I have struggled with is managing rain and spiders on our balcony. The washer and dryer are also quite small if that’s important to you. We can’t fit our comforter but haven’t noticed difficulties outside of this. Overall we love it and wish my family and friends could all move in to enjoy it with me! Also photoed is our front door! At fuse you can make your space feel like yours starting at your door step!
The facility is beautiful, the staff are great and helpful, tenants are friendly and dog lovers. Vanessa was very helpful with the tour, answering any questions and concerns I had. Highly recommend anyone looking for luxury apartments to consider Fuse Cambridge on their list. I appreciate managements time and Kayla for the great experience during my search.
While not a resident at Fuse I have had the great pleasure of working with and assisting the Leasing and Service staff for some time now. Location, aesthetics, and amenities go a long way when deciding on an apartment, but so too does the care and disposition of the staff at its helm. Time and time again while working as their vendor have I seen this care from the staff to resolve ongoing issues and create a welcoming environment for all. I've worked for many local properties and Fuse in particular has been a joy to visit when the need arises!
The Fuse leasing team was great and really made the touring experience easy and stress free from start to finish! Meghan was super helpful and knowledgable, she answered my many questions about the space.
We’ve lived here for just over a year at this point and the apartments complex and the unit is great! Management is responsive and caring, always working towards building a sense of community. Amenities are great, a well equipped gym, great bbq area in the summers and all this in a great location!
I moved to Fuse Cambridge just a few weeks ago and already love it! Everyone in the front office is helpful, efficient and responsive, the building and grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the overall vibe is friendly and welcoming. The Fitchburg Cutoff Bikepath and Alewife Brook Reservation are literally out the back door, which makes for great walks with my two pups. There's also a Revival Cafe + Kitchen just down the street, which is super convenient. Highly recommend Fuse Cambridge!
To the person replying to the negative reviews, stop. The only reason I'm not moving forward with scheduling a tour has nothing to do with the negative coments tenants have mentioned, but purely to do with the management responses. No matter if someone is "exaggerating", replying with sarcastic and 1up undertones shows how unprofessional this building is. Call, email, send a letter. Do not embarrass your guest online.
Predatory pricing, horrible apartment amenities for the price, neglectful maintenance, and apathetic staff. In 12 months of living there, I was cursed out in the lobby and the nature reserve behind the property by residents and when I tried to resolve the issue with staff, they never did anything. I would have lived in the back of my car for year if I knew what I was moving into. P.S. Street parking is not allowed so they force you to pay $225/month for one car and almost double for a second car. If you try to use guest parking they will threaten to tow it.
