Clean. Quiet. Party poppers were screened out. Excellent location. Good pricing. I did my research and figured this was the best all around hotel in Burlington during peak foliage reason. Owner was reasonable and nice. Had the best sleep here. Neighbors were reasonable. Was warm and cozy when I woke up, so adequate heating as well. Must bring on every trip-ear plugs and maybe some melatonin, and some thermal pants because in other places they don’t give you heat all the time. Also recommend recommend not giving melatonin to your kids if you dont know the dosage, might be a good idea to ask a pharmacist or a doc for the dosage before you give it to your kid. Be aware that the first night you will not sleep well anywhere because you have a night watcher in one of your hemispheres that stays awake just in case you need to react to danger. Ear plugs help diminish the noise. Don’t be that guy who blames their family members on every trip on the first day just because you couldn’t sleep well, it’s not their fault. Plan ahead for maybe an extra day to accommodate your natural propensity to not sleep well and therefore not be in the top shape in your day on vacation.

Really perfect if you want to sleep in your car ! After a delayed flight we arrived at midnight and we tried to call assistance of the hotel. No response. We had to sleep in our car because nobody was there. When we called tried to find a solution with this guy the next day, he was extremely aggressive and had zero empathy. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RISK HAVING TO SLEEP IN A CAR. Very hostile owner.

Do not stay there! Unfriendly owners, he asked us how many keys we wanted and we said two. He responded why do you need two keys? Bathroom very small, bed wasn’t comfortable. We couldn’t wait to get out of the room the next morning.Rooms: 1/5

Had a great stay. Stayed for 2 night. Room was super comfy, bathroom was a bit small but nice. The woman who checked us in was friendly. The lock on our room was actually broken and we let the owner know that morning. By the time we arrived back that night it was fixed. Great service.Rooms: 5/5

The owner of this business is a disrespectful, irrational, and ill-tempered loose cannon. He harassed a group of us, appearing manic, over a miscommunication. The owner accused us of credit card fraud, alluded to tax fraud, made comments about the safety of his family. We were incredibly confused. While we waited on him to make sense, the solution was a simple process, one he made very complicated by also recording us with his phone and taking a photo of our car plate. This aggressive exchange was unwarranted and completely stoked by his own delusions and poor listening skills. When we finally confronted him, he couldn’t take the heat and was unable to properly respond to his childish behavior. Do not stay here.

Horrible irrationally rude owner - DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!! On a recent trip to VT to visit family, I experienced the worst hotel stay ever. Upon checking-in, my two sons and I met the owner’s very pleasant wife. She asked the ages of my two sons, gave us extra towels knowing there would be 3 of us staying for 2 nights. Because the inn offers no food, the next morning my sons and I were walking to our vehicle to go get breakfast. Kalsang, owner of the inn, approached me visibly upset about something. He accused me of sneaking 2 extra people into my room um, my 2 sons. Also that I did not follow the rules of the inn registering my vehicle upon check-in. Never mentioned during check-in. He demanded I immediately pay “$20 extra per night, per person” He yelled, “You know the rules, they are on my website. You are a sneaky man, taking advantage of me bringing extra guests into your room.” Kalsang, these are my 2 sons that your wife helped me check-in last night. Our “conversation” continued with multiple irrational statements about Kalsang’s personal life with no correlation to our current discussion. He demanded to inspect my room for possible damage because I allegedly broke his rule of having too many people per room. He then threatened to call the police and demanded that I gather my items and leave the inn. I told Kalsang, if you refund my payment for my second night stay I will gladly leave this place and never return. SO BIZZARE !!!!

Clean room owners were pleasant but for the price I’m suggesting coffee in the room or at least in the lobby Pool wasn’t available I suggest they rewrite their advertising!Rooms: 3/5

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The owner accused me of “hanging up on him” when I called to ask for late checkout. Within 30 seconds, he was outside my door screaming. He physically threatened me and started pounding his chest, asking if I wanted to fight, saying that I was one of the “bad people.” Stay awayyyyy

We rented a room for 1 night in November 2021. We didn't have any problems and no bedbugs, room and bathroom was clean. Honestly if we had read any reviews we would have just continued home to New Hampshire. The reviews I just read were 2 to 4 years ago, maybe they took care of the problems?! Bed was clean but very firm and we slept a few hours uncomfortably because we have memory foam mattress at home. The owner was polite and let us park just outside our room because they were fully booked. We didn't bring any unwanted pests home with us so we were either very lucky or they took care of the problem. Room was expensive though so we agree with that.

I was absolutely disgusted by the disrespect that this motel showed my family members. He added charges to the room at the counter, accused them of lying and basically held them hostage to stay there with absolutely no refund. He was the liar himself. He also appeared to be high while providing services. Do not book rooms here.Service: 1/5
