Rooms extremely dirty. Lots of suspicious activity in the parking lot and even driving by. Place has gone downhill over the past 18 months it used to be a great ace to stay. Now, even the staff is not happy there.Rooms: 2/5
My niece and her family stayed here and they out them in a room that wasn’t clean hadn’t even been turned over from the last guest. Went to the desk they changed the room and again the room wasn’t clean and there was vomit all over the fridge and smelled awful!Rooms: 1/5
Do not stay here. 1-they don't allow you to have guest at your rooms 2-the pool is emptyRooms: 1/5
I needed a quick stay for the night while visiting my daughter who is studying at Champlain College. The hotel was affordable and offered everything I needed. The Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable while checking in and out. The room was clean, quiet, and was a delight to stay here. I would definitely return on a future visit to Burlington. Breakfast could have been served a little earlier for those traveling and leaving earlier than 7 especially since included in the cost of the stay.
I admit that after reading many of the reviews I was concerned but have booked a 9 night stay . We are 4 nights into our stay and have no complaints. I knew the hotel from the 80's and so didn't expect a brand new hotel. What it has been is clean. quiet, comfortable and the employees have all been helpful and respectful. And the location is perfect for anything you want to do in the Burlington area and easy access to the interstate to explore the state further. I feel this hotel is a great place to stay and the price point is right on!!!!!
We booked through BringFido and they gave us a confirmation. They cancelled the reservation stating that they could no longer accommodate us. Why would they cancel a confirmed reservation?
This place is very affordable but a bit on the worn side. The room was clean but the caulking around bathroom fixtures was kind of gross and the astro turf outside the room was an odd choice. We accidentally reserved a room with two double beds so we slept separately, and the beds were not particularly comfortable. It’s close to some cool breweries and shopping and only a couple miles from the commons.
Good location with a decent breakfast. Reasonably clean with a pretty comfortable bed. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed for two nights, and room service never came. The vanity was in very bad shape. The mini fridge was half the size of the ones pictured, and would run enough to make frost form in the "freezer" then melt, causing a large puddle to form over and over. For the price and location, I would stay here again to give them a second chance. I would ask for a better mini fridge.
Good for a night or two but I wouldn't spend an entire week there. My bed light wasn't working even though it was plugged, the bathroom floor was broken and moving, the staff didn't look happy. Besides this, it was clean, the A/C worked perfectly, outdoor pool, beds are comfortable.
Just came back from two days in this location. My room was older, and it shows signs of wear, but it was clean , comfortable and the staff was polite and professional. I was happy with the entire experience, and I will stay there again in the future. If you are looking for an entire resort location, this is not the place, but if you're someone like me, wanting a quiet, clean room with hot water and a very comfortable sleep, do check this Travelodge out.
