Very happy with service. Doctor was very pleasant and thorough. All employees seem happy in good mood which makes everyone feel better. Seems to be a very good work environment. I would recommend this place hopeful that my glasses will be returned at 100%. Can’t wait. !!! Friendly friendly staff. Also the way they treated my granddaughter made me feel so happy.

Love Gaddie! Took my son for his kindergarten exam and had my annual appointment as well. Just love how calm and sweet they were with my son and how great the dr was.

I like Gaddie because it's close to where I live. The staffs are nice and the doctor I have neen seeing is prompt and easy to understand. I haven't had a lot of luck with the glasses selection. Not to mention one year the gals who help with the glasses aren't the friendliest. This year was the 1st time I found a pair of glasses I like. I do like the person who helped me, Richelle. She's very nice and not judging like previous one.

Dr. Gossom was very precise and professional. He takes his time to explain every detail of the exam and answers any question or concern I may have. I am very pleased with the services I receive. The young man who does the initial exam is always very pleasant and welcoming.

Dr. Paxton and the Springhurst Gaddie Eye Center were fantastic. As a disabled veteran, I felt so supported and respected. Their patience and accommodation for my disabilities was so very appreciated. I have no reservations at all to encourage my family and friends to be cared for by This wonderful team.

Dr. Benjamin Praxton at Gaddie Eye Center - Sprunghurst was very professional and welcoming. All my questions as a new patient were answered! The staff were professional as he was. Got and Eye exam in July and ordered new glasses that arrived in August, after a couple weeks of wearing them I found I had difficulty with looking out the extreme left and seeing double when merging into traffic. Gaddie in Springhurst scheduled me to see the doctor. Turns out the lenses curvature were ground wrong and new glasses were ordered. The new glasses worked great but the right lens was slightly loose and another pair were ordered. This time I chose a different type of frame to better fit my new hearing aids. This pair that the staff helped me pick out, I find the bow is too long but because I'm out of warranty from the original July purchase they can't help me. I'm now stuck with glasses that keep sliding down. Update, the manager of the the LaGrange KY store reached out to me in December and wanted to make it right. I was fitted with the best frame and new glasses I have ever had. So Happy with my new glasses and now will only use the caring staff at Gaddie Eye Center in LaGrange KY.

I enjoyed my dr he was very informative and took his time examining my eyes and I like the Gaddie eye center I recommended them they have several offices but if you order glasses they take too long to get them a few weeks to get your glasses

Always great ! Had a new doctor and was nervous but he was perfect and got everything sorted out so I could get glasses, he also gave me some free contacts I can use until my glasses come in !

I love Dr. Gossman. I love their friendliness and willingness to help you find the glasses that fits your needs. I even get a chance to talk about old movies and action movies and I love that.
