Great customer service! I went in with hubby and I saw they had the Rayban Meta glasses. I talked him into getting a pair. I am so into technology. After my eye exam, I ran to get mine. Blue is my favorite color.

LensCrafters - 4216 Summit Plaza Dr I had damaged, bent one of the stems. I went to the Store not LensCrafters where I had purchased the glasses and they said the stem could not be repaired. They brushed me off and recommended a competitor same story. They recommended LensCrafters so I decided to visit LensCrafters, the frames were expensive and rarely worn. I dealt with a young lady, Lisa G. she said the stem would have a great chance of breaking if she tried to straighten it. I told her to go ahead and that I understood and was appreciative that she would try. Well she was able to straighten the stem. I will go.to LensCrafters for all future needs and i highly recommend this store. Thanks Lisa

Came into LensCrafters today desperate to get my sunglasses adjusted. I couldn’t find anywhere that could adjust them properly. Lisa was so nice and helpful and made sure to get them fitted perfectly. Will definitely be back in the future!

We were out of town and googled LensCrafters at paddock shops. Kate offered excellent service on a repair for my Oakley glasses previously bought in Indianapolis. I highly recommend this location and Kate.

We had such a wonderful experience. My daughter received the best of care. Everyone was so courteous, patient and encouraging with my daughter. They went above and beyond to provide the best professional environment along with providing current and future options for eye care. We will certainly be returning.

I recently went to LensCrafters to get replacement lenses put into two pairs of Persol sunglasses, and the ladies at the store were truly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very happy with them all around and definitely recommend this place if you need any eyewear help!

Michele and Marcy are an awesome leadership team. The staff is great and a blast to work with. They know their stuff and I will recommend them to everybody.
