Awesome expertise and service. Both of the optometrists are excellent and give superior, individualized care. The opticians are gifted in fitting you with glasses that are perfect for your face. Also, some of the package price frames are lovely and the best deal in town, so don’t let the location make you afraid that you can’t afford to go there.

I am a 64 year old woman, who only sees with one eye and I have to say that this is the best exam I have ever had. Dr. Paul Harris took his time with the exam and explaining everything he found as he went along. The staff was incredibly helpful making sure that everything was a perfect fit, which was especially important since I live in Indiana and was just there for the holidays. My glasses were mailed to me and when I put them on there was no need for adjustment. AMAZING. Dr. Harris even came out to see what frames I selected and made sure that they would work for my needs. I've never had a doctor do that before. I highly recommend this business.

For better or worse, I have needed eye care that exceeds that which most people have to deal with. I have been seen at the Estelle Doheny Eye Institute at USC and the Jules Stein Clinic at UCLA, among others. I think the level of medical expertise at these places has been extremely high. And, I was lucky to have been seen at them. Moving forward, I came to Louisville and brought my "eye issues" with me. I somehow found out about the Louisville Eye Center where I was told about a corrective lens Scalero lens that I had not been aware of before. I have gotten this lens and am now seeing MUCH BETTER than I had, perhaps ever. Dr. Aaron McNulty is a most competent optometrist who cares that you get the attention and help you need. His staff is well trained and the whole operation seems very efficient. The Dr. himself has a great "bedside manner" and everyone is friendly and helpful. When I came to Louisville, I was concerned about whether I'd find quality eye care. I'm no longer concerned. Do yourself a big favor and give them a call.

The office is very professional, kind and friendly. I was informed about every test that I was going to have. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I am very pleased which is why I go back.

This business has been terrible as far as customer service for some time. Many delays, lack of communication and generally feeling like don’t matter. And recently it was 100% confirmed should stay well clear of it. After accidentally getting hydrochloric acid solution in my eye wrong bottle used for my contact lenses I was in an emergency to say the least. Online says to seek immediate medical attention and go to optition. We tried calling… after describing the dangerous and very painful accident to a member of staff we were sent to a voicemail. After calling back twice no one answered. Ven with leaving voicemails, still no one has contacted. So we called Lynn family eye center in prospect. Without hestitation they said to come in immediately. As soon as we got there, the dr saw me. During my visit the Lynn practice attempted to call Louisville eye center for my records. 3x they called and no one helped. The staff and Dr at Lynn were tremendous and kind. 5 stars. I was already close to done.. but this shows how shocking the Louisville eye center as a business is now. Not that LEC care; but myself and 5 other family members will not ever be returning.

Dr McNulty is very thorough and explains test results excellent. Entire staff is friendly and helpful through the entire encounter.

Dr. McNulty was great. He explained my vision and the best alternatives for corrective lenses.

Dr Ray is a truly great doctor. She is thorough and takes the time to make sure everything is explained about your status. She is very personable, but at the same time a true professional. I enjoy going for a checkup and finding out how things are going with my eyes. I trust her explicitly with ensuring that I receive the best care and support possible.

I love this office. Dr. McNulty and Dr. Ray are top notch. Always a positive experience.
