BUYER BEWARE!!! No refunds accepted here store credit only. It's not posted nor are you informed.1st time here, trying it out, nice shop, I spent 800 bucks and changed my mind on some catchers gear. All they would give me is store credit. Package was untouched. No reason not to refund me! If it was posted ida gone elsewhere and THAT'S WHY IT'S NOT POSTED!!! I was given the owners email and he hasnt responded. My next step is to contact the BBB. Terrible business practice. I spend thousands a year on baseball, i will never return here. The employees were sympathetic to me and could tell they agreed this policy is garbage but couldn't do anything. It's a shame cause it's a nice shop , just shady business practices.

The staff is extremely helpful and so much easier then waiting on something to get shipped from an online store and then it being the wrong size. Also located right on Poway Rd which made it easy to find.
