Awesome staff, has a good revolving game selection due to the varying demographic that are in the area, and never once have been pressured to buy anything. You can walk in, buy what you came for, and leave without out getting a single up sale pitch besides the required “do you want to preorder” or the “do you have the power rewards card” line and even then you say no and nothing more happens.

Make sure you check your receipt when you pre order games. Apparently if they put in the wrong system you will be out of luck. I almost lost my mind after spending $110.00 on a stealcase addition only to find out they put it in for an Xbox 1. I mean do people even use that crappy console? This was after I preordered 3 games all for the ps4. Why would 1 be for the Xbox if the other 2 were for the ps4? Needless to say they found me one 4 days later so all is well.

Great deals on game consoles, games and tons of other accessories needed for gaming. You especially get even better deals if you sign up & pay for a Pro-Membership!! We got more than our money's worth from the membership after just our first purchase with it. Also there previously used items like consoles and games are incredibly cheap and in amazing shape! I would never have known these items are previously used if it didn't say so on the box. We bought our sons and Xbox One and several games and controllers and everything looks and works as if it's brand new! I would definitely recommend going here for your gaming over any other store.

Purchased an xbox one on sept 19th. Controller stopped working by november 3rd gamestop wouldnt exchange the faulty product.
