GameStop

I frequent gamestops all the time and this gamestop is by far the best in the area. Best service management and by far my favorite gamestop to stop. Today with the terrible service i encountered at airport road gamestop this will forever be the only gamestop i ever stop at to buy used games.

Called on the phone to find a game; the worker, Josh was Awesome! Didn't skip a beat; knew where everything was located. Gave me options and prices; told me the store hours. When I got inside the store, he was assisting a woman who had endless questions regarding her son's game system. Josh was able to get her from Point A to Point B without sweat. Will check-mark this Game Stop as a go to place whenever I need discs or gaming related hardware.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff from day one didnt know what they were doing. We were sold two broken controllers. Both broke within the 30 day return. When we went back to the store both an associate and the assistant manager said they couldn't help us and we needed to call customer service for any assistance. Customer service told us it would be a while before we got their broken equipment replaced. I then called the store. Spoke to the most innapropriate, unprofessional store manager I have ever dealt with in my life. He told us that "it sounds like it was dropped. I can assure you we don't sell broken controllers". To me that sounds like we are to blame for the broken things they sold us. I was not able to get his last name or his bosses name but would love to let the company know what type of employees they have working for them.

I've never had any problem with the staff. They're always nice to me but in a genuine way. I imagine if you're trying to come in here and treat these people like servants rather than people, you'll not like the place, because they don't sit down for that kind of stuff.
