The Video Game Store

The shop it self is great. The staff is helpful and friendly. However, parking is a pain. Where ever you park you are paying for it. Best case scenario is to find a parking spot on the street and put a quarter in the meter. That is, if there is a spot open.

Super friendly staff (the owner is very down to earth). Everyone is quite knowledgeable about what they do. Prices are fair. In fact, they're cheaper than most other stores in the area. They have a good selection from a wide variety of systems, including some pretty obscure/hard to find systems (like 32x & Jaguar). I frequent this store regularly.

Hands down best store in the area, best prices, waaay decent selection, and dope ass staff. They buy/trade/sell games, systems, and a fair amount of tech. They also carry movies.

Been going here 10yrs 1 game I had bought a few yrs ago was screwed up called 1hr after buying resurfaced it for free real video games, real people. Bought deadpool today loving it

If you're looking for video game consoles, console games, movies, or gaming accessories then look no further. Located slightly off the square, The Video Game Store offers all these things and more. Lots and lots of things crammed into a small store. Whether it be games, films, peripherals, systems, or other forms of entertainment you're looking for, you may want to check here. They have current gen games and consoles as well as retro games and consoles. They also offer disc resurfacing, so if your favorite game gets scratched it may be savable for a few dollars instead of having to buy a new copy. You can also trade-in games here. I've heard the trade-ins are better here than other places locally but I don't personally trade in games, also they are still trying to make money so don't expect half your money back on an old game if you trade it in. It really does depend on the game though, some are worth more than others. Lastly, being located by the square, the store brings in "square people" sometimes.. You know the kind I mean.
