I was skeptical buying a used laptop, but the owner, Jerry, sold me an awsome gateway with 750 gigs and was downloaded with extra programs and was super fast. Very reputable. Highly recommended for electronics and collectables. Thanks

I have mixed feelings about this place. It is not what it once was. I have bought/sold several electronics here over a few years. The owner seems like a decent business man and customer service oriented but some of the employees seem like straight up low-lifes. The last time I was in there, I swear the guy that was helping me out was drunk or at least hungover, acted much like a "car salesman" but didnt even know what he was talking about, and not clean. This place had/has a lot of potential (like the whole town itself actually), it would be great to see this place clean up its act a little. Word of advice, deal with the owner if you're doing anything with electronics (shorter guy with dark hair who's been there for years). Also, if you have issues with something you bought, he will help fix it up until you are satisfied.

I have been a valued customer of Tri state com. for over 20 + years and have to say this place is the best at what they do HANDS DOWN! If you need a com.tech Jerry and his staff are by far the top in my opinion and every one else that i talk to.And if your a collector of games,cards,comics,tools or just hard to find rare items, they most likely have or can get it. I am the kind of guy who likes a good deal and people who know what there selling, most of all people i can trust they have never let me down on anything. Thats why i spend thousands of my hard earned cash at tri state com every year and now all my friends and family shop there and love it.If your in the area stop in and see Jerry or Don there cool as hell.Great pawn shop, Great com. techs, Great service and Great everything all the people i send there agree. Ty for reading my thoughts and now im off to go buy some games from my favorite store TSC.
