Walked into the store with my younger brother to browse different games and material. A young lady with dark hair and a nose piercing approached us and Nicely asked, "hello, how are you guys doing?" I replied "good, we are just looking around at the moment." After my response her mood changed completely. The response that I got from the associate was unacceptable for someone working in service  to customers. She replied in a snarky way saying " okay, that's not what I asked you, but okay." She then turned around and walked away with some sass. I work in retail and in service to others, I would never do this to a customer. Please talk to her about this.
