Called and they held items for me. Spoke with a girl on the phone she was very helpful. My wife went in and she was helped by a very helpful guy. Love this place. Thanks a+++ store

Extremely small. All of the Wii games are plastered in a window and ALL sunbleached. They don't have much in the way of games. The constant jibber jabber on the TV is ridiculous.

I just want to say I rarely post negative reviews, but I didn't enjoy my experience on Tuesday night. I came in with my boyfriend to buy Until Dawn. The sales rep on the floor only greeted my boyfriend when we walked in ("hey man, how are you, what can I help you find?" something to that effect) then followed us to the cash register engaging in small talk with my boyfriend, refusing to acknowledge me. I tried to join in the conversation and was completely ignored by sales rep. When we left, sales rep said "alright man. have a good night" to bf. Funny thing is, we went to Game Stop because it was me who suggested we buy Until Dawn. It felt as though it was assumed that I was just tagging along and had no interest in the game. I don't know what would have given that impression. The whole experience was awkward, uncomfortable, and mildly insulting. I used to work in retail. If a couple walked in to my store, common courtesy would tell me to greet them both and engage them both in conversation.
