Owner needs a lesson in customer service, never argue with bad reviews to where everyone can see them. Totally unprofessional, and is only hurting his own business. Your 2 star rating is very telling. Is everybody just telling lies on you? The same lies at that? Yes your store is dirty, yes your prices are outrageous and yes you are very rude. Take some courses in business and how to run a store. learn to take Criticism as well without arguing with every bad review, it’s ridiculous and hilarious at this point. You keep comparing yourself to retailers like game stop and Best Buy, but do you see them arguing with their customers on every negative review? Lmao of course not, that is why they are multimillion dollar corporations and you will never be. If your products are good, they will speak for themselves. There wouldn’t be a need for you to argue with everybody who doesn’t find your store to be perfect. But since you’re selling overpriced things in a filthy store, you feel you have to defend it because you know what you’re doing is wrong and you aren’t confident in it. Pro tip. In America the customer is always right. Even when you know they are wrong they are right. Stop arguing with us, and just apologize and say you hope we have a better experience next time. Professionalism will get your far in America. Thanks

Theres ebay prices and then theres this guy who dares to charge above for most likely broken consoles and games pulled out of some disgusting basement. Store is almost as filthy as the pricing. Went in there and the lady couldn't even tell me how much a console was. No price tags the guy probably just pulls a price out of the air. Totally ridiculous and I look forward to the day this place shuts down which should be very soon. AVOID. TOTAL SCAM PRICING STICK TO EBAY.

This is absolutely the most overpriced store I have ever seen. $40 games priced at $130, $40 consoles priced $70, $10 games $30-50. They have amazing selection but only because nobody will pay their ridiculous prices except unsuspecting people who don't know what things are worth. No idea how they're even in business let alone have 2 locations. Absolutely and utterly appalling. *Edit in response to Owner* Note that this guy always has an excuse for everything in every TERRIBLE review. He says his games are "factory sealed", but that is a lie. They are re shrink wrapped by him. They are NOT in actual FACTORY sealed condition. The prices I spoke of WERE NOT SEALED GAMES! Ebay and Amazon are FAR cheaper. As is EVERY Retro Game store in South Jersey. Do yourself a favor and go to one of them. I recommend All Gen Games in Runnemede or All Things Video Games in Pine Hill.

Trade 1 is LITERALLY like walking in to an adult TOY STORE!! 😁😁😁 They have such an amazing range of games for basically every single console EVER MADE! Which of course means you can also find which ever console with the matching controller(s) you desire! You can then ALSO find multiple shelves FULL of a wide variety of vinyl records and a large collection of CDs and cassettes. And last but not least, they offer almost any type of electronic ranging from tablets to cell phones, and sound recording equiptment to TVs! Everything and ANYTHING electronic is the theme of the store!! It's WELL WORTH the drive and time you will spend in the store looking through TONS of stuff that will trigger good old memories and honestly makes you feel super comfortable while strolling down memory lane. IT'S CURRENTLY MY FAVORITE PLACE TO SHOP!!! 😃😉😁

Nothing recent, but ive been to this guy a few times and he strikes me as knowing nothing about video games at all. Ive worked at gamestop and been playing for over 20 yrs. His presentation is terrible, games are thrown everywhere, as if he doesnt care about his product, his pricing is no different. He had a lot of great stuff but doesnt offer a return policy unless he changed it recently. Selling retro games like that you will turn people away not letting then return it
