Bob is awesome!! When I came into the store he was the first to say hello to me and help me with what I was looking for. He was very precise and was a great help when looking around the store. He made sure all the measurements were correct for me in order to make sure my items would fit in my home. I truly appreciate the hard work he provided me. I will definitely be back to see him personally for future purchases. Well Done BOB!

Andrew offered excellent customer service when we purchased our 40” flat screen television. He is quite knowledgeable about appliances and was able to help us choose the best brand for our money. He was also very helpful with assisting me in purchasing tablets for my classroom. My students were quite excited to have access to technology this year!

I had an issue with a washer I had purchased for one of my rental properties from PC. I called the store and spoke with Mike. He looked me up in their system and made me aware I was still covered by my old service contract I had bought. He was very professional and went above and beyond by even scheduling an appropriate day for PC to come out and fix it. The repair guys were great as well. They were extremely polite and knowledgeable and they fixed my issue the same day they came out. I have been a long time shopper with PC and this is why. I strongly recommend PC Richards for appliances, TVs, Mattresses, and anything else because not only is the price always right, but the staff is helpful and trustworthy. I will be back!

These guys were awesome! Came in looking for a specific TV for a very specific price, and Rob went out of his way to be able to pull it off for me, WITH a warranty as well! Not only was he very attentive, but his great staff helped carry it and load it into my car. Much more personal than most stores. Great guys who know what they’re doing. Thanks Guys!

was greeted by Jesse when going into the store looking for a mattress. I usually do most of my research online, so I knew what I wanted when I walked in. Jesse advised me that they have comfort testing prior to buying a mattress to ensure satisfactory. I refused and refused...but he wouldn't stop insisting we do it. So I broke, we went for it....and wow. I got the mattress two days ago and it in the end it seems to be completely worth the testing. who wouldn't spend 5 minutes to make sure you can sleep good every night? thanks again Jesse....I hope you're still there when I re do my kitchen!
