My mother purchased all of her appliances here in the last several months to refurbish her home. The store is very organized, clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly. Her Salesman Andre Pulley was exceptionally helpful in selecting all of her purchases- relaying the pros and cons with different models and styles of the choices, experience of other customers, unique features of each appliance and comparison between different models. He provided excellent customer service, taking the stress out of making her selections and ensuring her satisfaction with each based on her needs and suitability for her home for both use and size/fitting considerations. Andre left with her with the sense of confidence that she had made the correct selections and followed up to ensure her satisfaction once they were delivered.

I have always shopped with Marc Abo for the last 10 years. I'm glad I have the opportunity to write how wonderful he is to deal with. My husband and I just bought a refrigerator from him. He was attentive and found us the right one. Thanks Marc! My husband and I just bought a range (don't know why the above review didn't post from a couple months ago). Marc, once again, was the best! Thank you, Marc, for helping us out in choosing a range that would be the best choice for us.

Went into PC Richards looking for a new washer. Was met immediately by David S. Told him exactly what I wanted and he helped me pick the perfect one! He was so helpful and very knowledgeable. He was friendly and took his time explaining everything to this first-time big appliance buyer!! Really was a great experience in store. The washer got delivered today. They were here on time (even a little early —which was GREAT) and very professional. Set it up in 15-20 minutes. So happy we choice PC Richards. Couldn’t be happier with the service from beginning to the end. Will use them in the future without a doubt!!

We had the best experience yesterday working with Andre Pulley! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about what our wants and needs were with appliances! Andre gave great advice and we never felt pressured when making our purchase! The checkout process was quick and easy too! We’ll definitely be heading back to see Andre for any electronic/appliance needs in the future.
