Best Buy

The sales staff was excellent when I went in to get a replacement power supply for my laptop. Surprisingly the rep did some calculations and corrected my on the power supply I was about to purchase as I had grab one that was more expensive but it was not the right voltage, something I never would have thought about. To find a knowledgeable rep who is honest, helpful, and ensures that you get the right product deserves 5 stars!

As a PC building nerd I'd prefer a wider selection of PC parts like RAM on the shelves but most of that is online these days. Good PC grahpics card selection in store. Staff is helpful and kind

Everyone is usually very helpful and knowledgeable if I have a question about something. Always have stock. Pricey

I find Best Buy to be very average. Their prices are decent but it is almost impossible to get a customer service representative to help you especially on the weekends. The checkout lines are long. Geek Squad is way too expensive. All in all I would say that it is a very average store.
