Best Buy

While I know they are struggling from online competition, but I still love Best Buy. The guys there know their stuff. Great service. Easy returns when needed. I hope they don't go away because I really appreciate their helpfulness. And their products are good!

This Best Buy is better than most of their stores. Reason is, most of the associates are readily willing to offer you assistance. Plus most of them are pretty knowledgeable about the products they are hawking. They don't try immediately unwell you. I have had very good experiences purchasing products here. The only negative time was purchasing phones, 4 to be exact, and the associate sort of screwed up... added new lines, instead of doing upgrades... Overall store is clean and neat, plenty of stock.

Love the way the sales are set up. Experts for every area, deal with a computer guy when you need a computer and not an appliance person.. Honest and found me the best price. They also price match to other store front type stores. Not internet stores. I didn't ask about Amazon.

This was one of the better best buys that I have been to. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I found what I wanted. They were not pressuring me to buy anything but we're very informative. This is how customer service should be. Keep up the good work guys!!

My experience here is usually terrible but this time it was pleasant. To my surprise they were available and extremely helpful. I recommend the employees to watch reviews though.
