The store is well laid out in the customer service is excellent. I did end up purchasing a washer and dryer there which I was very happy about. There is one thing however they do not tell you about all the extras over and above the price listed on their units. Including an extended warranty that they will offer you. That jacks up the price of whatever you bought several hundred dollars. So just make sure that you know what you're getting. But the store is excellent and the products are excellent.

I came in just browsing, not sure if I would purchase anything. The staff was so good I found almost everything I needed for my new apartment. Great staff and service. Will be returning for all my electronics

Top notch shopping experience every time...I've purchased my home appliances and big screen TV from this place!  We're always greeted at the door and helped by friendly sales associates.  Ask for Tyquan, he's extremely knowledgeable and he always recommends the right product (not just the most expensive).
