Best Buy

Recommend no one do business with this store. Upon delivery expensive items were stolen from my home by Best Buy Home Appliance delivery.

Best buy is a great store. Now that they match prices I ship here much not often. If I find an item online I want but don't want to wait for shopping I go here and they prices match it. Nice selection.

Frankly I expected better from this company after trying to return a replacement cell phone battery that lasted about 18 days in my phone. First I went to the store where a very helpful person apologized and told me they could not take it back because it was purchased online but call customer service and they would be more than glad to help me. They weren't. More apologies but no battery. Told to call manufacturer. How about just issuing me an RPO. I send it back and you send me a new one. Nope!! Against their policy. Will not buy from them again after this run around. Of course, everyone was very apologetic. Stand by what you sell........period.

Shoutout to the guys in the mobile department. Purchased a tempered glass protector and also paid to have it installed since i never have luck applying them properly and I’m very particular about bubbles and dust underneath. Had a gentleman install it for me and the next day i realized there was a dust particle underneath in the corner and it bugged me to the point where i went back the next day. No questions asked, the guy in the mobile department pulled another one off the shelf and reapplied a new one and i left 100% satisfied. 4 stars only because i initially went to see customer service and the woman there was rude to me and i argued with her until she told me to go over to the mobile department saying “air bubbles go away after a few days you have to wait” which isn’t true for tempered glass protectors considering you do not apply any solution underneath to initially apply it. I’ve also went to customer service at this store in the past to claim my protection warranty for a pair of headphones and the woman there was incredibly rude to me as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Though I didn't end of buying anything in the end. I appreciated the help offered and the questions answered.
