Went in looking for a stove. Carlos helped me and was awesome. He answered all of my questions and looked up details to compare a few. The most genuine help I've ever received from a sales guy. He was very patient and helpful in providing personal and professional feedback to help me make my decision.

Placed an order to be delivered today. Was given a 3 hour window, now it's 5 hours and still waiting. When I called I was told that the truck may have broken down but will get my delivery today. A phone call would have been nice. So a whole day wasted waiting. A big company like that has only one truck? If the truck is broke down, how will I get my delivery. Poor business.

Carlos and Pedro are great! Great prices but I shop here for the service! Always happy and satisfied w these guys. And it helps out that they also speak Spanish for those who struggle with their English

Great experience shopping at PC Richard of Brick! Our salesman Carlos was so patient and helpful. He answered all of my questions and was an absolute pleasure to deal with! The managers Jason and John were also terrific! I can honestly say that every salesperson greeted me with a smile as I walked through the store. I was recommended by friends who have recently made purchases at this store and I will definitely be referring everyone I know to make purchases here as well!

Joe was great to deal with. He took his time asked what we were looking for, answered questions & helped narrow down our choices. He was very concerned we get the washer we would be happy with. We highly recomend Joe.
