GameStop

Went in to buy a headset for my Xbox one and the guy gave me directions to hook it up insisting it would work. Went home did what he said and there was no jack for controller to go into after I clearly explained which version I had. So I thought the jack might go into another plug that was on the "adapter" and ended up just breaking that too. To add insult to injury he insisted I take the survey which has nothing to do with his performance but is a bunch of questions to receive bs vouchers. So I have turned to Google to say employee number 415528 William should sell something other then games if he does not know his product. In the real world if you make a mistake you don't get a second chance to correct it. Don't say something will work just to guarantee a sale as well. Don't be so unknowledgable to chase already pissed customer down in the mall to try and give me back a broken piece to the headset thinking I still need it. Know your products ! You just lost a customer and I hope others read this go to a different store if you want better salesman who know their products.

The best Game Stop I have ever been to in my life. The staff is nice and friendly and they had everything I wanted. Definitely returning to this location.

Love this store, tons of registers so no waiting to be checked out. The store is huge so they always have what Im looking for. And all the employees are informative, friendly and passionate about video games. Best Gamestop branch in greater new haven county.
