The employee told me he could buy my phone back and then proceeded to erase all of the data off of my S8 after telling me he could DEFINITELY accept the phone and once it was completely reset he realized he did not have the appropriate wire to plug the phone in. He then nonchalantly said he can't take the phone because he does not have the wire and handed the phone back to me. He did not apologize for his mistake and also told me my phone was damaged and tried to use that as an excuse as to why he could not take the phone. I've never seen such uneducated individuals employed at an establishment where electronics are handled all day. He was also very disrespectful after he realized he made a mistake.

Overpriced video games and accessories at a Brick and mortar store. The place is decently sized and good selection. People working there were nice and helpful, nothing against them. However, It's a surprise they have survived as long as they have given the era of online shopping. Located in a strip mall, its not overly conspicuous, though its right next to a busy road.
