GameStop

Started off great! Ended horribly.. I went into this Gamestop and was greeted by Tom when i walked in. Tom was very helpful and very friendly. Tom helped me find what i was looking for and was ringing me out when i asked about the dlc code. Tom said no problem and continued to help me. This is where this 1 star review is to high of a score for thier sales manager Dan. First he is as rude as could be with his snarkiness and facial expressions. The store had other customers in there when he interrupted Tom and i conversation and told me if i don’t preorder i don’t get anything. Which i know is not always the case. Dan is on a power trip and looked as dumb as he was rude when he told me he was worried i was going to sell the free code on eBay for money. Now I’m a grown ass man who was dressed up since i was just leaving work. He has lost a good customer for life and i refuse to do business in that store due to DAN. No one is above customer service, if it wasn’t for us you would be without a job. Everyone can buy or preorder any game at a discount on amazon if you have prime and you’ll get the code no problem with a discount for preordering. As much as i wanted to reup my membership for tom, i could not give dan another penny of my money. So again the assistant manager Tom is great. Dan the manager shouldn’t have a job that has to do with customers!

This place was amazing. They helped me decide which console i should get and waht games were good. They were great all around

They kinda suck but that's all GameStop's, I joined bestbuys gamer club and get %20 of new titles Amazon dose it with prime to, GameStop's way behind the ball haven't gotten a new game from them in 2 years. Also don't sell to them go in eBay or letgo or something
