To much "upsell" all the little (disc coverage? Memberships that did not grandfather in loyal customers and made it more expensive to keep what you had. As they made it a fancy upgrade. Weak! & this location has the manager who owns the place? Adds updates without asking, and in my opinion wins the (over acting award for all gamestops) JUST MAKE SURE UPSELLS ARE NOT ADDED.

Don't put something on hold if your a woman. They'll just sell it on you. Literally put a game on hold,the last on in stock in the area got there in a half hour and they sold it. I'm pretty sure to someone who was employed there.

Very friendly staff and they are super helpful and also, they have a large selection of games and consoles and accessories
