If someone brings a game to the counter labeled NEW and you offer pre owned cause it's cheaper, we know you sell it cheaper if you buy pre owned but obviously we brought it up NEW because we don't mind forking over extra couple bucks. I was wondering why my total was over $20 and saw the game warranty. I did not ask nor was it mentioned about the game warranty. Seriously though the cashier did try to accommodate me best he could but if he just got the game new like the case said when I brought it up instead of down selling me to pre owned then up charging me with the warranty I had no clue about this wouldn't be an issue. Game Xchange is so much better and I'd rather order off of PSN or Walmart. Less hassle and don't have to deal with people trying to shove pro memberships down my throat. I'd rate 0 stars if I could. GameStop has gone far downhill since I was young.

Limited selection, staff doesn't seem knowledgeable or helpful. What they do have is reasonably priced. Overall, recommend finding a different one if you have the time.

The people that run the store are some of the nicest that can possibly help you out. Sure it has limited selection but you always have to call to make sure there is a game. Always has the newest games but you only have to call when you want to buy an old ass game. But everything else about the store is awesome.

Could be worse. Some of the employees can be rude, and the selection is fairly limited, but that's what you get for a smaller store in CT. Ultimately it's better to go to North Haven, but the place is alright if your in a rush.
