This is pretty messed up. They do not open till 11 but says 10 on here. He served the customer before me but refused me service claiming they don't open for half an hour. Screw me for no apparent reason. That's trash and I won't be back
For a mall store it's good. I tend not to like mall locations, but the one guy staffing the place was doing a good job at not letting the place get clogged up while still being attentive to each customer. The store was a bit of a walk from the parking lot, but I am a bit biased against mall locations, as I have stated. I was able to get all of my purchases done in a timely manner e.g. me meandering about the store picking out things one by one for over a half hour and the poor associate setting them aside and answering any questions patiently before I spent a ton of cash. The staff at this location definitely deserve five stars, but the location itself brought it down to four.
Very disappointed. Purchased a game online for my son's birthday and drove across the valley to pick it up after work only to find they close an hour early for cleaning. I could not even pick up an item that was already paid for because they had shut their system down too. Complete waste of my time and gas, and now I have to try to cancel my order and drive around to find a replacement gift. Please update hours if you're not actually able to serve customers during the last hour.
"Jason" at this location is just very rude for no reason. I went in to do a return on an unopened headset with the receiptIt was literally the next day and he was giving me a hard time for no reason asking all these irrelevant questions, almost as if he was trying to find any little reason to not give me my money back.
I like GameStop but very pricey
Cashier acted like he was bothered to help customers, did not greet or acknowledge myself or many other customers that went in after me. I use to work for this company so it always bothers me to no end when I see bad customer service like this.
I guess im not the only person who has had a bad customer service experience. Why did I have to acknowledge my presence in this store instead of how can I help you? Also secondly im unaware if the worker was having a bad day however dont argue with a customer and then continue to argue and help another guest, you slowing down your voice thinking I was stupid clearly pissed me off and im not sorry for being equally rude.
I love this gamestop. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Every time I go, they always get me with a smile. I get all my Funko POPs from them. Their employees are very knowledgeable
The store is clean, the quality of the items you get are always pristine, and service is amazing, but the cost of everything is just a little more than what you'd get than from another local gamestop. I guess, they just need to fill in those mall fees than have the same low price of another nearby gamestop. Despite the prices of some games in this store though, they are pretty reasonable, but just a little more expensive than other gamestops.
