GameStop

We have always shopped Gamestop, and we alway go when the are having a free Pokémon Event card for the DS. We always get as many Pokémon card codes as we ask, as it is a free and first come event. My husband went to go get the cards and he asked for 4 cards and a rude employee said "Do you have the games" well no as we don't carry all our DS with us and he only gave us 2. And he said "come back later with the games to get more." Now I alway get the Pokémon cards for my kids and nieces, so this was very disappointed. Won't be shopping at this location.

I am 45 year old mother of two pre teens. I rode my bike with my son to purchase 2 new games. Riding our bikes over I did not have my purse with my ID. They refused to sell us the games because I did not have an ID for mature rated game. I respect the rules and policies in place to prevent minors from purchasing mature games that parents do not want their children playing, but where is the common sense in regards to exercising these policies? There is no mistaking me for an adult over 17 years old. There is a difference between having a policy in place to protect a minor and using the policy to be a jerk...it is obvious that I am a parent giving my child permission to buy a game. Where are we in this world when young sales associates cannot utilize common sense to the customers in relation to store policies? So for that my customer experience at this store is not one I enjoyed and will not be back. I will just go online and purchase my games without any requirements and say so long to a brick and morter stores giving young people jobs so they can continue to ruin my shopping experience.

Great place to shop. Linda is really friendly and provides great customer service.
