Very helpful staff and a great selection. Still find pricing to be high on used games compared to other options but that is not location specific. You can't go wrong visiting this location.

It's one of the smaller locations, but they usually have a pretty great selection. I never see more than two employees at a time, but they're incredibly friendly and fun to talk about games with. The only thing is that sometimes you'll give them the case of a used game, and they'll put it behind the counter, and give you the disc-only version of that game, with a generic black GameStop case. I'm sure it's to tend to their stock but I ask for the real box every time. Parents and grandparents are sometimes low key really rude to everyone inside the store, though, and that takes a lot of the fun out of going. I guess it just sucks to live in Gilbert.

Walked in and Dumb and Dumber couldn't explain anything. Question... How does the hyper drive work? Answer... Uh... It's like... Uh... All you need to know is... It downloads games faster. Seriously? Then, I called three hours before going into the store. A gentleman told me he was certain that they have layaway but he didn't have the details in front of him. We get there and we're told that it was available last month but then all of a sudden we can't access it. I'm not sure why. What a difference seven months makes. This place used to rock with knowledgeable and helpful staff. I'll take my $$ elsewhere.
