GameStop

This GameStop is now amazing!! The staff has recently been shaken up. The workers are all sociable and friendly, and you don’t feel like they are trying to take advantage of you. They simply want to assist you the best way GameStop allows them to. There is a new manager (max I believe is his name) who goes above and beyond to help with your issue and you can tell he cares a lot about fixing your problem or giving advice. Very honest establishment that I highly recommend, if it’s possible, you go out of your way to visit even if it isn’t your closest GameStop!! Go here!! This place has changed a lot!

Staff is always knowledgable and super friendly, even if you dont always know what you want they're patient and can direct you to they perfect game for your style

GameStop has a great selection of used games which is generally why I go there. I tend to buy a lot of the cheaper PlayStation 3 games AZ I'm trying to avoid upgrading my console system. The only reason I don't get 5 stars as my most recent visit was laughable due to an inept staff member who was not interested in getting customers in and out of the store quickly. I understand that everybody has a bad day, but she didn't seem to be upset she was just ignorant of the fact that customers were standing in line and she could easily have helped with the sale to them out the door. Because of this I'll probably purchase my games at a different location in the future. Just a single occurrence like this normally wouldn't prompt me to mention it in a review, BUT the manager was standing there watching this behavior and he didn't ask the employee to do anything differently. I waited 20 minutes for the customer in front of me while 3 other customers were in line rolling their eyes with me.

The sales Associates are always so Nice, Friendly and Helpful. They are always good at answering questions and Helping You out when it comes to games and game systems as well as the accessories. I but my Games and accessories for them here all the time!

They have an incredibly knowledgeable staff who are incredibly helpful and are very up-to-date about what's new in the video game world.
