Joshua really gave me some helpful advice about a few games that I wasn't familiar with. I ended up buying both because it was hard to choose one. The story lines were great.

They always have great games and fair prices. They even give you a discount if you get a $15 a year membership.

"Trade in" value is ridiculous. I can take in an original Xbox game and get the 2bucks back. If I bring in an Xbox one game to trade...I get 2bucks back. And they turn around and sell the game for 45-50bucks. How does that even make sense. Just buy the game from your consoles game store. Gamestop needs to go out of business

The lady behind the counter was unnecessarily unpleasant and refused to take my game to trade in because it was in it's original packaging. She arbitrarily refused to let me unwrap and then trade it in. I asked her the trade in price, she doesn't even go to her POS and tries to tell me that it's a $5 value for a unused top brand AAA game released within the last year that retails for $60. Such abhorrent treatment. How do they expect any return business? GameStop, do yourself a favor and terminate the middle aged dark haired woman with the horrible attitude and utter lack of knowledge of the gaming industry.
