Garden City Pub

Dined at the Garden City Pub in Beverly for the first time. There were a variety of food choices. Nachos and potato skins were ordered for the appetizers and I ordered the Chicken Marsala for the main dish. The servings were huge and yummy. Staff were very friendly and quick. Space is small but you didn't get that small space feel and noise. The location is great despite being behind another restaurant and along the train tracks. Parking is tight. I would recommend this restaurant.

This place is great for a dinner with family and friends. The service here was slow the last time we went, but the food is phenomenal. I ordered the 12oz. Sirloin and it was cooked exactly how I asked. The rest of the meal was incredible with a great atmosphere and friendly service.

The food portions are huge! And delicious! It's kind of like Grassfields in Andover. I love it. I got the chicken breast, hubby got the special-pork chops, soooo yummy . Not too salty, cooked appropriately and seasoned. They just did a renovation so it's so comfy and clean inside. We'll be back.

The online menu and the actual menu didn't match. I specifically came here because the online menu said they had bacon wrapped scollops, when I got there they had taken the bacon wrapped scollops off the menu! The only scollops they had were breaded and baked and fine, but nothing to write home about. The recommended roasted potatoes were horrible, too much lemon. The vegetables tasted like warmed up frozen veggies. Very little on the menu if you don't want pasta. The atmosphere was dark. I won't be returning anytime soon.
