This service is absolute garbage. I lose service in the middle of town while my Verizon work phone has full bars everywhere I go even while traveling they over charge... and claim unlimited data then make it slower when you use too much data this company is a sham!!!!! Can't wait to switch ....
The experience was great and the beginning was a long but the services from Joshua at midtown mall was great he anwser all questions and went beyond and above to help me out
Gci seriously needs to reopen the west dimond store! Seriously only 2 ppl working at the Sears mall. Abbott has a long line so does Dimond Center! Reopen the W. Dimond store! I dont like waiting in line! Esp at gci!
Wait times are insane, three technicians ten people waiting and they feel it’s okay to create small talk, showing no respect for their clients
The line was long but the wait was short. I was even helped by a guy who's birthday was that day.
Does anyone have the actual number to the actual store? The phone number listed here is to an automated hotline that goes to national headquarters. If you know the actual physical store phone number please post it here in a review so we all have it.
Waited only 5 minutes. I was out in 20, staff was knowledgable about product.
Kinda sad that the attendant back in May set up my account to auto pay the day after it was due. Causing me to get a late fee each month. This new attendant fixed it. Shame

Very friendly but unfortunately didn't have a white or bright red Samsung S20 FE phone cases I was look for there. Neither did AK Phone Repair or AT&T.
